Gulab Jamun Sweet For making dough 6 cups of milk powder 2 cups of white refined flour 2 tsp ghee 6 pinches of baking soda 200g yoghurt/sour curd.

Now makes round and; equal shaped balls Heat 1-litre white oil in a pan deep fry all the round balls in few batches on slow flame until golden brown colour.
For making sugar syrup 6 cups of sugar + 6 cups of water After making sugar syrup, put off the flame.
First, drain the oil very well and; then add all the fried balls into warm sugar syrup Cover it and rest until it becomes normal temperature Now add 6 tbsp rose water for flavour like Gulab/rose Garnish with silver leaf. Now our Gulab Jamun is ready to eat.
